Solds In South Woodcrest from 1/1/2011 to 12/31/2011 revealed: Average Sales Price: $92,967 Average Sold Price Per Sq. Ft.: $81.40/sf Median Sold Price: $95,000 Number of Sales: 3   On average, these 3 2011 Sales sold for 90.49% of listing price and took 159 days on the market to sell.
