Western Livingston Parish Home Appraiser Bill Cobb recently performed research within South Point Subdivision Denham Springs and discovered these housing trends. See also chart below where I show just difference in how much lower South Point homes sell for in comparison to Livingston Trace, Westminster Estates and Woodland Crossing.
