Shadow Springs homes are generally selling from 92% to 95% less than listing prices showing fairly extreme weakness in this strong Greater Baton Rouge Housing Market with low inventory.  The large sewerage pond on northeast side of subdivision I’m sure isn’t a plus for marketing.
